What a huge book! And I loved every minute of it. Hannah Grace comes back with another one of her spicy novels, but holiday edition. I have read every single one of Hannah Grace’s books, and I must say although this one is a bit tamer than the others, it comes through with story.
TLDR;
Hannah Grace’s Holiday Ever After is about Clara Davenport, a corporate worker at her family’s corporation Davenport Innovation Creative. She desperately craves her father’s approval, and eyes a promotion for Head of Innovation. She is a hard worker, and a HR genius. When someone from a small town, Fraser Falls, posts hateful videos about Davenport, Clara sees this as the opportunity to get the position she wants. Like most hallmark movies that I love, she arrives and finds out it is not as simple as it seems.
It also features Jack Kelly, a “I will fix everything ” type of guy who finds himself played by davenports “Small business” contract, one that Clara made but did not head, and commits himself to fix everything that has gone wrong. There is also a lovely dog as well for the dog lovers out there.
She encounters love, moral questions, and small town antics in this lovely and spicy Hallmark like book.
4/5 Clara Dolls (made by Jack, Obviously)

-FULL REVIEW- * Spoilers ahead*
I absolutely loved this novel for its showcasing of the intersection of moral values and legacy. Clara wants to improve the business and improve the legacy that her grandfather had made. But once she goes out to Fraser Falls. She realizes, this dream that she had, of taking over the business and winning her father’s approval and appointment for the promotion that she wanted. It was not what she wanted after all.
I love how her character shows throughout the novel. At first we see her as, a corporate worker, and nothing but that. She is there to do her work, and that’s it. But we see through the story that she cares so much for the people of Fraser Falls and she wants to make up for harm done. Of course, we are not all perfect and some mistakes happen, but she does at the end realize that the company she wanted to save, didn’t deserve to be saved and didn’t deserve her at all.
